Hi friends once again I am Tushar Kamboj I am sharing Jio exprience with all of you So when I purchase jio sim in December 2016 the service was fully excellent and after May 2017 suddenly my network connection was slow and Network status bar only 1 network I called to jio customer care .customer care excutive said ok I make complaint and you will receive resolution within 48 hours I thought its temporary problem just leave it after 30 hours I recevied resolution I was shocked when I saw my message your area is network congestion area so we will planned for a new tower after 90 days you will get good service after july I called customer service excutive so he said I make complaint after 24 hrs same resolution was recevied please wait for 90 days I said ok no problem in september I called customer care he said I make complain after same resolution wait for 90 days .that time I was angry and also laughed for silly service by jio.
They dont know how to give service to customers and after I port my sim to airtel and today I realized jio is very bad.( its sounds cool)
But jio very bad service
