Now a days reliance jio costumers are facing a lot of problems due to poor strength of network. Personally I can’t talk clearly to anyone using this sim. After calling at costumer care again and again they don’t pay attention to resolve this problem. The same company couldn’t increase frequency although It has much more user. Now I have decided to change this sim and I will also suggest who want to buy new sim should avoid jio. Reliance jio should work on this matter. The only good thing for jio is it is a cheap sim with low cost for the same data and voice calling in comparison to another network service provider. But user is facing so many problems in different areas using this simcard. Reliance jio should understand this and resolve this types of problems.
