This step by Ambani is just awesome. Jio is now India’s largest communication company. The internet speed is great. Network coverage is still a problem. Calls are dropping, We can’t receive calls. Voice clarity is not that much good as compared to other operators like vodafone, idea, airtel etc. But the 4g internet speed is blowing people’s mind. I usually get 2mbps speed on my PC. Customer support is so poor that if we are in a trouble or want to know about jio, we cant talk to a representative. They need to improve their customer support.
