I am really surprised with this.
I am using jio since 2016 .
Yes, I agree it has 100% fast network but what about speed.
3 months there were very fast speed and slowly slowly its becoming down.
see every card has some issues or problems.
But as jio is giving great facility but there are calling issues.
I have lots of experience on this.
when I call my friend the call is dropped and received by another one
For emergency I cannot handle this type of minor problems.
One thing I don’t like is .to call the person I have to go into that app and make call so there is some delay if I had any emergency. sometimes call doesn’t connect only.
I had also called customer service for low speed but their is huge waiting.
But the charges and billing are cheap and can be affordable .
