Before corona pandamic I faced same problems like call drop, slow network speed, and after the end of lockdown period the service is worst now. Regularly in our area peoples facing same problems. We spend lots of money in recharges that’s why we need good service. But jio have no care of us. Last from 1.5 years it’s really hard to use Internet of jio. I decided to quit jio service in 1 or 2 months. When I call to the costumer support they always said our work is in progress in your area please gives us the time of 3 months and then there 3 months is never come. Personally I registered 4 complaints but no action yet. At the time of calling to jio support the call is automatically cut. If there will be no response come from jio I will disconnect my service and port in other service provider. I just want to aware you to choose right service provider who gives you the best service. Thank you
