Reliance Jio has the worst Customer Support and if they continue With the pathetic attitude towards their customers, the company will sink. I have done Biometric verification for jio with ADHAR card. In spite of this I can’t sigh up for My Jio.
Earlier I got an error Invalid Subscribe ID and Now I am unable to get Confirmation Email on my mail ID. I haven’t been able to use my number due to this. Absolutely no one receive call on 198/199, even after calling for a ridiculous number of times and being on hold for more than 20 minutes every time.
So guys Stay Away from Jio, Not just Free calls they are giving free Mental Stress Also!
