When Jio was launched, I thought it would take U - turn on all its offers and tariffs. But to my surpirse it is still going strong and has given each and every operator a run for their money. I am using Jio since last 1 year and I do t hesitate to say that it has very good coverage in my region. I had airtel before but it too loses network in packed office cabin. I also use vodafone but it has call drop problem. And despite complaints it goes on same way. But Jio so far has never failed. Its net speed is also good. And various services it provides for free is the best source of entertainment. Jio TV where I can watch TV channels live is very useful when there is power failure in my region. JIO cinema has all recent movies and web series. All this for nothing. Jio also has good customer service. Recently I was facing network issues. Therefore I complained through My Jio App. Very next moment I received service request no. through sms. And to my surprise, they called me within next 24 hrs with solution to my problem. I recommend Jio to others also coz its because of it that other operators who were looting us for years are forced to reduce tariffs.
