I had a terrible involvement with Jio today.I called them to find out about the information I can use well beyond of my information restrict according to the offer that is given to me, But the Jio rep’s were unprofessional to the point that they continued discussing Jio application as though they are there to advance this app.I called them three times so I could get an expert rep who could answer my inquiry yet the greater part of the circumstances I got an amateurish rep.When I advised the last rep to interface my call to IVR for criticism she detached the call.Terrible … client mind in jio resembles parrots perusing out of a similar response to each inquiry … .nothing gets settled just issues are docketed … I have an isd pack cash in it yet can’t decide… I recieve suggestion that I dont have call credit… clever part is there is a legitimacy period to that cash … so on the off chance that I cannot profit gets relinquished any ways.
