First of all let me thank to Mukesh Ambani for giving us a better Service in Telecom, I have been using Airtel for last few years, now I have been switched to reliance JIO and using JIO Since last 3 - 4 month. I am almost happy with the service, quality, Plans & Offers of JIO, even if there exists few CONS too. I will share my experience with JIO for last three month, I will quote down few advantages and few disadvantages what I have eperienced with JIO.

Ok friends now I will share the advantages & Disadvantage what I have felt with JIO
-Advantages -
// Good Offers //
As everyone knows JIO provides the best offer in industry.
// Coverage //
Coverage is the main factor what we consider while purchasing a sim, here JIO have good coverage circle in Kerala Region, I have been using for 3 months and I haven’t seen any time where my JIO was with no coverage.
// Unlimited Calls //
Unlimited Local & National Calls is the main attraction of JIO, and it was the reason why public have accepted JIO in a short period of time, and I hope there is no CAP for unlimited calls.
// Call Voice Quality //
At the beginning after JIO Launched there where some voice clarity issues, it now the voice quality what I have experienced in calling is awesome
// Free Roaming //
JIO Offers free national roaming, this would be better offer for peoples who roam around in India, where other network providers charges for roaming
-Disadvantages-
// Customer Care Services //
I have called Customer care for few queries, and I found its little difficult to get connected to customer care.
// Call Disconnection issue //
Not in all time, usually on night time between 8 - 9 pm the calls gets disconnected frequently, and I have contacted customer care and they do not have a better resolution too.
Verdict
Even if there are few disadvantages which may get rectified in future, JIO is the better choice for cellular user especially for Teenagers as they need better offers regarding Data & Calling.
