Hello friends, I have been using Jio from almost a year and I am highly satisfied from its service and network speed.
I bought the 399 plan of Jio for my number under which they provide 1.5 GB of data every day and also unlimited local and STD calls. They also give 100 free SMS per day.
Network: The network coverage and the speed of internet is very good and it is certainly getting better with each passing day. From early morning to midnight the speed of internet is awesome. Though at some remote areas, I can’t get high-speed internet as there is not much network coverage of Jio available there. I am hoping they would solve this problem soon as they are growing so fast in India.
Customer Service: They provide a superior quality of customer service as whenever I had some doubts about their plans and their offers, they were always responding to my queries and their customer care center is also very helpful. I haven’t encountered any major problem in their network till now so frankly I didn’t have to call to their customer care center but still, I have called them for asking some questions about their offers, just because of my curiosity.
Charges and Billing: All the recharge plans are very cheap and that’s the least amount of money anyone could charge for the kind of high-level service which they are providing. Bill is also well organized and has all the facts mentioned in it which are essential for me.
So guys, this is the best network in India right now and I would recommend everyone to be a part of this network.
