Initially I was really impressed with the free offers given by Jio to its customers. But day by day the customers had to face pathetic service. The browsing on Jio looks good but the call connectivity is worse. The signal in indoor is very bad and you never get 4G. As the customers kept growing, the network experience became worsen. It is time for Jio to focus on its Infrastructure to improve the call connectivity and quality issues to attract and retain customers in long run.
But anyways, I appreciate Jio for taking India closer to digitization.
