Reliance jio is the best service provider network I have ever experienced. Everyone has jio simcard on his 4g mobile phone. More than 10 crore customers has ready been use it. I bought it six month back since then it works amazingly. I am very happy from its service. Jio is really a best service provider network and for first six month it was free of cost.
I live in roorkee and here the network coverage area is very good. Jio is best 4g service network provider in comparison to other networks like Airtel, vodafone etc. Its downloading and surfing speed is very good. Earlier I was unable to watch online videos with airtel, but now I can watch online videos without buffering. Its network is always full in my phone.
Customer is service also good. There are customer care toll free no. We can call them for resolving the any issue. Till now I don’t have any issue with Jio simcard so I don’t have any need to contact customer care.
As everyone knows that it was free for first 6 month. It was like a gift from Reliance however now again it’s free for 3 more months from April to June with the very low cost 309 INR plus Prime membership cost is just 99 INR. The cost are very low in comparison of other network provider. So I just want to thank Mukesh Ambani for such a gift.
