Some days before the there was a lauch of a service provider known as the Jio as subsidiary company of the Reliance Industries was just like a cyclone for the Prominent as well as market leaders in the Telecom Industries. I a day around 5 lakh customers had moved to jio.
The people in the Metro cities have money but they have no time and secondly they expect the service on the level of what they pay you. I have bought the Jio sim from last 8 days. Firstly the retailer in the dombivili looted me for Rs.500 as the recharge to activate the free services. Secondly it has not been active yet.
Other things are like you do not have your customer care working. You do not have your Reliance digital xpress stores working and the number given are also low. The question in my mind is from the day one you irritate your customer how you would give service in future man. Really hate Jio ( Reliance) both the Brothers are one and the same.
