Hello guys, I am a user of Reliance Jio and I have also witnessed the Jio revolution in our country. Now there are few pros and cons according to me which will help you if you want to buy and use Jio.
Pros:-
1)First of all, Jio is still expanding network and still troubleshooting there network issues which is a very good thing.
2) The very first connection to offer real 4G experience for the first time to their own countrymen.
3) Its expanding everyday and covered almost all major cities, both rural and urban areas.
4)Competitive plans which is almost surpassing every network’s offers.
5)Charges and billing are both in postpaid and prepaid options.
6)They have very good customer service and support
Cons:-
1)Reliance is the real trickster and know how to manipulate people and to attract them to in their business. The first 3 months free well it makes the biggest Jio epidemic chaos in the country which makes there stature to reach a real heights.
2) Jio isn’t actually providing the real 4G and we are yet to experience its real taste, because although they have their own 4G bandwidth but they have failing to provide user demand and now increasing there charges.
3)There competitors are now also providing affordable plans which makes Jio loosing its customers.
So I will recommend Jio to anyone, but day after day they are getting worse with cross-talk problems, network connectivity issues, etc. I hope they will solve it soon.
