Hello guys I am also using the reliance jio sim . sorry not only jio sim I am also using the LYF phone wind series. first off all I would like to tell you that its network coverage is very good as compared to others network.earlier I was using the other network operators sim and I was not getting the good signal quality in the basement but when I started using jio sim I really got the good signal qualities.so finally its network coverage is very good as compared to other network operation.If we are going to talk about its customer services then we can say that it is also very good.It is connecting most of the calls and sometimes says all lines are busy but here also it is not the fault of jio other network operators have blocked there portals for jio. As we know that we are not paying any money for the internet and other services like caller tune.you can also activate caller tune in your sim by simply messaging JT to 56789 and then doing further steps you will able to set your own caller tune.
