The jio service is the worst service I’ve ever had in my entire life.
Through this review, I’ll try to cover all the problems regarding jio service.
- Jio GigaFiber
A few days earlier I bought a jio GigaFiber at my home. On the first day, their worker showed me the speed of their network by doing a speed test on my laptop and the speed was approx. 98 Mbps which was quite impressive and good enough reason to make me install it at my home. So I done it. Soon the speed starts decreasing as the days passed and now, instead of buying a 100 GB token, the speed is 0.48 Mbps.
- MyJio App
Mail came from Jio that the recharge of 100 GB token is successful but still in MyJio app it’s showing 0 KB remaining of 100 GB. Now if MyJio app would not work then how would I check my network usage.
- Jio Customer Service
The worst customer service in the entire universe. It is customer service but they don’t care about their customers. These idiots are not even picking up my phone. Initially, their AI lady told that approx waiting time is 6 minutes to get a response from them but I waited for 10-12 min and still, they didn’t attend my call. I tried this for 20-25 times but the result was same.
- Jio sim Network
When Giga fiber was very slow and customer service was too busy celebrating Ambani’s victory, I thought that I should again switch to jio sim network. I bought a plan for 100 rs. It’s showing in MyJio app that I’ve bought this plan. But. I can’t use this plan:\ . They’ve done a prank with me. Neither I can make calls nor I can connect to the internet. When I’m trying to make a call then their AI lady is saying that you have no valid plan for jio.
I don’t know WTF is going on with jio company.
Now, this jio has left me no choice rather than reviewing it on this platform. Though my GigaFiber’s speed is 0.48 Mbps, I’m still uploading my review on this platform because I just want others to listen to me.
DON’T BUY ANY JIO PRODUCT!
Don’t let Reliance to have the monopoly and rule our country, because they don’t know how to rule:)
Anyways, I hope my review would save a lot of headache of people who were thinking to have a jio plan. Don’t have it!
