I am very disappointed with jio’s network and internet facility. When jio was launched, me and my friends were very happy not just for free internet because it’s going to charge for internet will be lower than of established companies. The 4g network was new for us and the excitement was just sky high. It just last few days after registered for new sim and hotspot device the connectivity issue and call dropout was so frustrated that we didn’t expect that in our life. Still we are facing the same issue in our area, 70% of the people in our area using jio network and 30% are Airtel. I have complained about the issue that we are facing slow data speed and indoor coverage is very poor, they assured that it will be fixed within 30days we are improving our bandwidth and network upgrade facility. I just waited when they will upgrade and when we will use their facility. Since then I have complained multiple times and the answer is same. I thought they are just ignoring because they have the largest network provider. The recharge prices has gone 25% higher but service quality still not improved 1% yet. They promised that they will provide 150mbps top speed still they managed to deliver only 20mbps average , in my location it’s just 6-7mbps that means 0.7Mb/s real speed. Don’t confuse by the network providers term of using Mbps instead of Mb/s just showing more number doesn’t means faster speed. The 5G network of Jio is also a disaster it’s just improved 4G not true 5G. I will request jio to improve network issue and maintain network quality in every area so we can use the full potential of the true 4G/5G capabilities.
