I have been using this Network since last one year and the following points are based on my usage.
Network:
In my one year of usage even on one day I did n’t get good network coverage. I stay in Hyderabad. Either in my Home location or in my Office location I didn’t get full coverage.
Basically I use this Jio for Data and I haven’t tried calls with this network.
Data speed is no so great and sometimes WhatsApp might takes a lot of time to send and receive the messages.I have tried in various 4G handset’s and found speed is very less.
Customer Service:
Initially I hated the Customer Service of this network because no one was responding to my calls but later on they have improved their customer support. Response and resolution also good.
Charges and Billing:
Initially they have provided free Data and Calls but from March they have been started their paid services.
Prices are not so high for 399/- they are providing 75 days validity pack with 1GB/Day and unlimited calls.
Verdict:
We use this Network mostly for Data. I can say in my city users count is too high and speed is not so high
