I giving my frank opinion about reliance jio card. When it is launched, there was boom in market which made people standing in long que to avail. It was mainly due to FREE offer. I purchased 2# sim card by paying some amount to third party but I am unhappy as I am getting very poor connectivity at my area. Net browsing is very slow. Unable to make calls from this sim. When searched on google, found that many people are facing this issue and also there are many fake videos about increasing speed by changing setting of Access point data. I tried many things but it is not working. I made complaint in local Reliance office regarding this but not getting response from them. They are saying in many areas there are poor connectivity, which will be resolved soon. But don’t know when this soon will come as this free offer is for limited period. It looks they are just targeting big customer numbers and now they started to sell cards at home delivery.! Now it is time that nobody willing to buy this cards and they are running behind to give them if u just give your Adhaar Card number. So now situation is that due to their poor preparation of 4G connectivity they have launched and many peoples are unhappy. Also there are hidden questions after free offer and only putting sim card in slot 1. Also other operators are giving very attractive offers with cheap cost and better to go with them instead this FREE offer. If something is free, sure there is something suspected which can cost you more in coming times.
