Mukesh Ambani-owned Jio, which had bought its initial 4G airwaves back in 2010, said it expects to launch services around December 2015, but there is increasing speculation that it will be delayed to the next fiscal year starting April 2016. By then, Vodafone and Idea would also have launched their 4G services
