Reliance jio is one of the worthless network I ever used in my lifetime. I will never prefer anyone to switch on jio network from any other network. Jio sim works only in 4g devices which is not useful for so many people in India. Because india is the country where illiteracy rate is so high and illiterate people dont know what is 3g and what is 4g. Poor people decides to buy a low price devices. And 3g devices are more affordable for them. Problems of jio network are as follow :
1) High Charges - Jio provides a very low speed data for very high price like they provide 2gb per day for 599 for 80 days only which is not worth to buy for any poor people.
2) Network Issues - Jio network doesn’t provide network everywhere in india in so many villages which are not developed as big cities. Village people doesn’t get network to call or to use data.
3) Customer Service - Jio network doesn’t provide good customer service like if you call to jio center they say that we are working on that and later they doesn’t solve issues.
