jio network was good as known telecom operator, but sometimes it was very dissapointing, very good signal strength.
customer service about jio, im not say about that because I haven`t talk to any jio customer care employ
but the biggest thing about jio was its pricing of its plan and validity, the charges was very worth there are most of plans which are provide 1gb/d or 2gb/d at very fair price
