To be honest Reliance Jio is the slowest 4G network I have ever used. Though it provides free data but the quality of network is very poor due to its overwhelming number of users. Its data transfer speed is equivalent to a mid quality 3G network let alone 4G.
The customer service too is not good at all and the availability of the sim cards is very less. The irony is that the sim cards are available more on blacks than on reliance digital stores( 50 sim cards per day) . You have to wait about 15 minutes to 20 minutes to get a call to the customer care.
Although Relaiance Jio’s speed is decent and not like true 4G but the data services are absolutely free which makes it the first choice for users. After all its the free things we want.
