Jio operator is India's biggest network. But it has some pros and cons. That make it good and bad both.
Let's first talk about it's pros-
Jio provides free callertoon subscription.
Jio provides free jio app subscription which also good.
Most of the places Jio network's speed is fast so speed is also not an issue.
Jio plans are also good rather than others operator like Vodafone and Airtel.
One more thing, you still can talk with jio to jio number after expiring the plan for one month.
Let's talk about it's cons-
Jio biggest problem is that you can't use other network's data while Jio sim is active. And this is the jio big issue. Personally I really don't like. Because sometimes somewhere Airtel Network is more fast rather than Jio the I think that I should use Airtel network. But if you do this then Jio sim will be deactivate.
Too many reminders for recharging the phone.
Some people think that jio is the only opertor that provides only 4G services but sometimes it is create the problems. If Jio supports the both 3G and 4G then everyone will use it.
Services is also not good. Once upon a time by mistake I have disabled the volte button and my phone has stopped working. It means I was able to use internet but can't able to receive text message like otp etc. And also can't able to receive phone calles the I call the customer support. They said that this is your phone's problem you should go service center. What does it make sense? My all transactions were on pending and they are saying that you should visit service center.
I was totally disappointed then I devided to port the sim but unfortunately in India have no good operator yet that provides good support.
