I’m facing problem with data connectivity, My jio no is 8668729388. Sim card was activated about one week ago but yet not internet and voice call services working. I have already contacted with jio customer care but they not provided any information about it. complaint request ID no. SR0000023OPO. OTP SMS also not received on my sim. Customer care also not responding any calls. Very poor service by JIO customer care. Please guide where I Can put request for internet connectivity, I’m using Vivo V1 handset it supports 4G network. please guide.
