Well guys I am totally frustrated from reliance jio’s internet speed. In my city yamunanagar net speed is about 68kb/s, which is a very low speed. I am not even able to browse firmlessly.
I am using jio from last 7months and its speed has reduced since last 3 months.
I tried everything,
changed the sim,
Changed my smartphone,
Tried changing network settings in my cellphone.
But everything was in vain.
Ultimately I contacted customer care service, and told them the whole problem.
Customer care representative only wrote the ticket number and told me that the problem will be solved within 24hours. since , that day ( 25th march, 2018) I am contacting jio customer care services, but every day they give me another ticket number and write my feedback. One time I talked to their senier supervisor also, but he also asked me to wait.
I don’t know that how these campanies are able to maintain their goodwill in the market, by maintaining such a 3rd class customer care service.
Guys I will not recommend you to get a jio sim.
