Well, must say that when Jio came in with a paid version of it, it was definitely awesome with great 4G speed and the offer of unlimited data and calls along with 100 SMS / day did attract many. But recently, I cant deny that its speed and services has fallen greatly. Though I still use Jio because its more pocket friendly than other operators, but Jio, as it used to be initially, is no more the same. Its internet speed has slowed down by leaps and bounds and its call clarity has also dropped a lot.
There customer care is soooo useless that they dont even respond to the calls properly, and if they do, they usually tell me to visit their nearest Reliance Digital store . But please do understand that its not always possible for us to visit the store. If I need to recharge , I cant even apply the coupon after their latest app update .
But anyhow if we consider the budget factor, its still better than airtel , vodafone and bsnl.
