Reliance GSM is known for giving cheaper services in terms of data recharges but there really have very bad network even in Delhi like city.
They activate VAS services on consumer’s phones without their permission and deduct money from mobile prepaid balance without customer’s consent.
Reliance GSM’s IVR system is so poor that you can waste several hours but it will not give you option to speak to Reliance customer care agents.
I called reliancecustomercare once and fortunately it got connected to a live rep, I told him that you guys have activated something on my phone because of which my Money is being deducted from my prepaid account balance. He was to rude to talk and told me that you would have activated Some VAS services. I told him that I haven’t done anything like that but he did not want to listen to me.
Yesterday I recharge my account with rupees 50 but they deducted rupees 40 from my balance without informing me anything. I tried to call the customer care but dear IVR system is so poor that it did not give any option to get connected to any agent.
If someone is thinking of moving towards Reliance GSM please avoid the idea since it will turn you into tears.
