First of all this brand new network created so much buzz but with time it is now becoming a propaganda. In most of the time its network falls and particularly when you go to any sub urban or any rural part of India then you will hardly get any network. Also the speed of the internet is the slowest among all the network, according to the TRAI. Its customer service is good but its availability of network and signal strength is a negative site of this brand. For now all its services are free so people are not complaining but when they will pay for it they won’t be in a happy state. So we hope all the problems get solved very soon.
