I have been using jio since november and I must say its a great user experience . Great call network & brilliant internet speed. I have unsubscribed to my wifi network and it will save me 3000 rs as it cost me 750 rs per month on my den wifi .i live with my mom & dad and since my mom also enjoys free & good services of jio so we no longer require wifi.although my dad doesn’t use jio as he doesn’t have a 3g phone and he is too lazy to buy one.so yes u need to spend extra bucks to buy 4g phone.but all in all its a win win situation for both the company and user as ultimately our country will move towards a faster network which will encourage digital connectivity.but yes honestly I am likely to subscribe again to my wifi after 31 march as if you carefully analyse its plans then even its minimum plan( 149 rs per month) is above average plan(129 rs).so here jio has been smart to play its game.lets see what happens in future but its a great thing for customers as due to jio even other mobile networks will cut their costs(airtel already offers free sim now).customet service I wont like to comment as I never felt to call them and as a benefit of doubt il still give them 5 stars.:)
