Network Coverage - The Network Coverage of Reliance Jio is really good but the speed is not good at all. Sometimes it reduces to128 kbps so downloading speed is slow. The Network is Good.
Customer Service - The Customer Service is excellent as they always help us for any problems that we face. I called the customer care and the executive really helped me a lot.
Charges and Billing - The Charges and Billing are not that much high as compared to other companies like airtel and vodafone. Jio is the best from others.
