today we gonna talk about Jio telecomm services from Reliance.
JIO moved the telecom industry by distributing free sims and free data when it introduced Preview Offer.
At first it was really having good speed.
everybody appreciated and admired as it has started a new era for Indian cellcomm industry. Today 1 out of 10 people in india are having a smartphone in their pocket. thanks to Jio.
but.! after the summer offer started ( jio started its paid services) the services like calling, data speed have gone weird. a 4g data speed acknowledged by reliance jio keeps dropping to 36kbps to 128kbps approx. the addiction had made people to purchase data packs and more data packs but what profitability is seen I dont know.
I had already switched to airtel as it is still no1 provider for data access in term of quality.
jio is mainly kept as a secondary sim by most of the users.
my advice to jio is to improve its serbices to regain trust in market.
