I want to say all the friends please don’t waste money and time to buy a jio sim. now I write about my personal experience about jio services. First I buy a lyf set with jio sim in rupees 3500 model flame. I live in a tehsil level city with population 2.5 -3 lac . I buy it but when I use in city central circle it was working but when I cross 1km the center point network coverage was reduced dramatically, and at my home it working only outdoor .so you can use this type of sim only for outdoor. after this I call on customer service no one pickup my call after 100s of try one day someone pick my call they said that my complaining issue will solved in 48 hours. I wait for this but after 15 days my problem was as it is. I call again to customer services but they not took my call .after that I try many times but I failed to contact them . and one another point is that we can call free but we can call only jio customers or bsnl .this calling is available only outdoor.
