Hello concern from Reliance Company its painful to write such headings for india, s biggest players in most of the sectors. but sorry to say that you never care about the customer. I am holding two jio reliance pre paid card. the first one gone unregistered without any intimation and cause. After consulting CC and reliance hub I was informed that it cant be resumed bcz reliance 2g license got cancel in Assam reason. Even balance cant be retrieved. They were kind enough to suggest me to port the number. But due to my fighting till end nature I could make it possible and got Rs. 317 recharge on another mobile. Now when I contact to reliance hub and CC they told that porting code cant be released because its has passed 2 months. Is there any law by TRAI. Moreover this two month delayed is also due to rcom only because they took more than 2 month to settle my balance. Finally I wrote on twitter and got a call in turn saying that cant be done. Now my question from RCOM. 1. Was it my mistake that u lost your license in assam 2. Did u informed your customer before 3. Have u added such tearms and condition that in case of any eventuality your balance and numbers both cant be claimed. 4. Shall I consider the same can be done with any customer in country. 5. Are u ready to afford that all customers start writing review negatively and try to minimize yr customer base as much as we can. don’t worry. either u take care of our concern or ready to face the consequences. I have started writing this review on every possible forum including social media.
