Hey guys I am back with one more review and this time with the biggest telecom reform. I know Jio has changed our habit and our lifestyle. From monthly 1 gb to daily 1gb usage. What a change guys really amazing. Jio started for 3 months free trial in that we used it very much and we too had issues. First of all the customer care is not so responsive. Then comes the calling and the network issues. First we should talk about network , I am sorry jio but yes the network are very poor, while getting out of the city signals are very weak and the same in the city too. The company should expand their network. Then comes the biggest problem that is the calling facility, I know it is unlimited but what is the use of calling where you cant even call. Please jio expand your customer care service , network and calling. Ok earlier it was ok because it was free but we are now paying for the services so its your duty to provide us good services. I hope this review would reach the ears lf Jio and help us out.
