For the last 3-4 months I have been getting hardly 0.9, 0.7, 0.8, 1 mbps speeds in my area on Reliance Jio network which they claim to be 4g.
The signal is extremely poor and its data connection is hardly usable in my area.
3 months back I had registered a complaint regarding this issue to Jio and they had then promised me that within 90 days new Jio tower will be installed in my area and i’ll be getting good speeds.
A few days back, on expiry of 90 days I again got an SMS from Jio stating that the tower could not be installed and that it would be installed in the next 90 days!
This is so unprofessional. I have again registered a complaint with them regarding the poor speed issue and they have again given me assurances.
I am doubtful.
This is extremely poor service on the part of Jio! Getting 0.8, 0.7 mbps speed in the name of 4g network is very unprofessional on the part of Jio.
I hope someone responsible from Jio will look into this issue and revert back.
