I have been using jio when the company is launched, in starting jio provides best internet speed but now for the past months my experience has been bad tody we need best internet connection for online classes but jio is not working properly.
worst internet service provider I have seen, I can say that other networks 2g is faster then jio 4g and the network itself is ridiculous.
One thing I noticed that if in your area the user of jio is less then it work properly otherwise internet speed low.
After 2pm in afternoon or 2am in morning it gives better speed due to the user not using internet that’s why it woks in that time.
The customer support is also bad now the recharge plans are also high of jio it is better to switch to airtel
