WORSE OF WORSE

What is the use of Customer care service which you can not use? Since last three days I am trying to contact tham on *369 but line always get hanged up.


It is strictly not recommended for the people who looks for service rather than product.


Whenever I tried to contact tham to reach the customer care executive customer have to go 4 times through same IVR.


Custmer has to select his language several times.


Have to indicate their problem several times.


When I have problem with RCONNECT problem they will not directly transfer it to concern department they will give you some dumb information and than onlu they will transfer.


Each and every time to get my problem solved I have to spare atleast 20 minute per call and by that time handset become too hot to handle.
