The RICOH was made a printer it was a SP 111SU and it was a jam free printer but in this printer gives a two year warranty on the site but it was not providing to all the brand and some times.
It gives a bad response for the printing and it was not providing a good quality and it was not a present times printer for us and it give us 16 PPM but other printer gives too good quality printing to us. I suggest to all do not buy tis printer.
