My experience with Samsung India (Calcutta) has been really really really Disappointing!!! Complaint # 8404131549 I think it must be same all over India. - All my 3 products from Samsung are giving me problem (AC, Refrigerator & DVD). - Really bad product & service.
The product started giving me problem in the first year itself. > The touch panel on the AC stopped working. > The same problem still persists after 3 repairs (1 free under warranty and 2 paid)! > The economy mode never worked from day one! - Unprofessional people: > No one from Samsung, Dealer or service person provided info about the servicing which is very common for any other company. > No one serviced my AC for whole year! > The people they have hired are really un-educated! They did not have manners to talk to me.
They were really laborers hired from street who did not know anything about talking to customers. They were really talking in a way as if they were doing some favor to me by coming for service. > Most of the time they went to other side of the city even when the address was given properly with landmarks to the address. Seems there is some communication problems within the customer service and the service center people. They never turned up on the first day of informing that they are on the way.
