**Superb design armed with large array of features has satisfied me.
**It has a very good display, excellent design and a 2 MPXL camera The display is far better than NOkia N Series and the snaps taken in E 840 are better than N Series 3 MPXL cameras. The handset is pretty hardy as it slipped from my hand a few times. THe set has 70 MB internal memory that is the maximum memory I have ever seen in any multimedia set.
The company has callous servicing agents who took 7 days to replace a charging pin, the work which takes 30 mins. The set has a fragile charging pin that broke within 2 months. The SOUND OUTPUT & QUALITY is not up to the mark if compared to Nokia Music Edition handsets. The mirror finished surface is prone to scratches.
