Very myopic n limited feedback and it surely doesnt reflect the true service quality of the co. The other feedbacks too speaks different..

I understand the complain.. the co has very poor man power.. they believe in paying less and getting maximum out of their employees. Thus they have a very low employee satisfaction thereby leading to poor service and customers agony, Hope the management looks into the matter.
