I bought this machine in June 2010, started leaking within first week. Called up Service center, they came, inspected, told faulty part has to be replaced. They were not able to find replacement part, so I asked them to replace it. Still waiting for the replacement. Some of their call center guys are horrible, they say go and do whatever you want if you ask them for a replacement date. If they replace after making me wait for 1 year, what’s the point ?
Root cause looks to me that samsung doesn’t do any quality control checks on the washing machine, otherwise this leakage should have been caught before shipping. So guys think a lot before buying any samsung washing machine, otherwise getting things repaired / replaced by Samsung is like going around a government office.
