Update - It was the fault of DTDC courier which snapgalaxy uses, photos got delivered after 15 days of followup. Packaging etc was good, photo quality was good.
Update - Samsung has replaced the faulty one with a new one after one month and some follows. I am happy :-)

Hi, I am in a very similar situation in hyderabad and Eureka forbes is pathetic in this regard. In my case i have used it only for 6 months and they say its value is now 1000 rs, if i exchange it with Aquaguard RO. So lesson is that never buy anything from Eureka forbes. Sachin
