For mild dandruff you can use shampoos like head and shoulders however when things go out of hands and you end up with severe dandruff give selsun shot and you’ll be delighted to see results in about 2 weeks : )
Use it about two to three times a week preferably alternate days take coin size amount and massage it well on your head let it stay for about 5 minutes before you rinse it off.
The only downside is that it might cause dry hair and good smell like sulphur
