report the malpractice to your payment aggrigator with relevent screenshots. Very likely they'll assist you with refunds provided you also report to cybercell . In my case it was prepaid order paid via upi (payment aggrigator= razorpay). BTW they go with a new name 'CLOUDIES' on facebook read more...
