23/06/2012, I have placed an order on seventymm.com for a dress material and t-shirt. Payment as COD. Expected delivery on 30/06/2012.
Someone called from a Bombay number to confirm the order.
And SMS came requesting send confirmation SMS to some number.
Order confirmation came via email. No delivery or any information. 30/07
They have sent a mail telling they are facing some unexpected problem in delivery and shall process faster possible 03/07
An email came telling they are unable procure the product even after there extreme efforts. They regret to inform us that the order cannot be placed, they will be sending a mail if the product is available back in stock. 09/07
