I have ordered two pedestal fans in two orders. Both were shipped via Gati. After snail speed, it reached my nearby branch after 15 days. The branch did not call me nor attempt to do door delivery. They simply returned it. Whereas, shopclues were claiming it is delivered.
I had a tough time to prove the shipment is not delivered. That’s not over, they are yet to refund the amount - their answer for the last 3 months is technical glitch in payment gateway. However, PG is working fine to take payment but not working when it comes to refund, that too for 3 long months.
I expected they will refund the money hence ordered the product(as previous order was not delivered), now sent by same Gati, it is almost 12 days are over, still not delivered. Not sure when will my amount for both the be refunded. I have asked GATI not to deliver due to my below explained reason, not sure what they will do and when they will do:-
Hello Gati, The shipment is picked up by 08-05-2013. It is 12 days over but shipment is not delivered. Moreover, Tiruchengode Branch is asking for Rs. 100 extra for door delivery. Otherwise, asking to come and collect in the office. You are providing such a bad and delayed delivery, as a end customer we are suffering.
The shipment reached Erode by 14-MAY-2014, which is just 19 kms away from Tiruchengode (only 12 kms away from my home).
But not sure why it is gone to Coimbatore, which is 120 kms away from Tiruchengode Branch. I would like to humbly request to kindly return the shipment to the shipper, as I can not accept such very long "unjustified" delayed delivery.* The moral of the story is go for decent online shopper like Amazon, Flipkart, where you can cancel the order, whenever you want, even though shipment is shipped - here we can not cancel though it is 12 days are taken yet not reached my nearby delivery branch.

They better close this company! ShopClues will not refund even after 3 months and Gati will not deliver even after 2 weeks (even if deliver they will be damaged - see the above status - how many loadings and unloadings).

Gati just called me today to pick up the shipment but I declined to accept the shipment because it is too late (22 days from the shipping date). Now, I have to fight with shopclues to get the refund. Not sure, how many months will it take get my refund.
