It’s not a place for genuine buyers!
I had couple of bad experience.
1.I have ordered for a branded Head phone. Got a crap local made headphone in hand. When I raised a concern they said that ‘they just meant that this product suites for mentioned brand’! WTF!
2.Again tried my luck, this time they took more than 4 days to ship my product. That was the fist bug in that order, then my product got shipped to Delhi, where as I am in Bangalore! After a few days follow-up luckily I managed to get the product in hand.
3.My last attempt was with an electronic item. This time my product got shipped on the next day, and I was happy about that. But then came the twist in story, I have not received the product even after 15 days.
Till this moment I have not received the product. Checked with the courier partner and got the information that they misplaced it somehow, and trying to find it!
Meanwhile Shopclues changed that status of order as ‘Completed.’
Tried to contact the customer care and not getting any good news! They just say ‘we have forwarded your issue to the concerned department’. That’s it, no one is turning up after that,
4.If you write a positive feedback/review, they will show it up in the site. If you write a negative review(I have wrote in detail for couple of Items I purchased), they will not even publish that in the site. On continues posting(Yes, I did that), they care to publish the negative review, but surprisingly, after two days that review will vanish!
Why did I go for the purchase again and again, even after bad relation? Answer is simple, the pricing they mentioned is really I catcher. And I got fooled!
Folks, please be careful. These guys are cheating, with catchy, false pricing!

My order was placed on 9th and till 20th(Today) I never heard anything from them. Contacted Cust Care couple of times and no use! Every time u contact them through mail(believe me there is no telephonic support!) you will get a reply that your issue will be resolved in two days, and there ends the story.
Never ever purchase anything from ShopClues friends. They are real cheaters. I am telling you this from the experience of many purchases!
Big time cheaters! Keep away from them!
