I had ordered 2 products (Casio Mens digital watch and one man show deodorant) online from Indiatimes shopping - shopping.indiatimes.com on 27.09.2012. Order No. 3001507452 I was informed that the watch is delivered to me on 3.10.12.
However, I have not received any watch till date nor I have received the money back. They are also not able to provide any details regarding the delivery of the product. On sending e-mails they reply giving wrong/incomplete/absurd details. I tried to phone their customer service and had to hold on for 40 minutes on one occasion and was kept on hold. at second instance I got the Customer Service executive after 10 minutes and after speaking to him for 30 minutes he provided all wrong information and assurances. I am till date waiting for any positive reply / product / refund. My complaint No. is 442862 dtd 10/10/12
The other product (deodorant) was received in damaged condition and I sent an e-mail regarding the same and I am yet to receive any feedback. I am following up but to no avail. They are also not accepting my complaint over telephone. I have made numerous STD calls and spent money for calling them and was made to hold for long long periods every time. I have sent many e-mails and spent time and energy for follow-up. I have received many calls from them just to enquire whether I have received the product and they do not listen/give any other information. I am mentally harassed by Indiatimes. PLEASE AVOID SHOPPING ON INDIATIMES IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND PEACE OF MIND
